"Hot" Chicken or Turkey Balls
1 pound chicken or turkey, free range, hormone free
handful of chopped parsley
1/2 medium onion, grated
2 cloves of garlic, grated
celtic sea salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp butter
Hot sauce, to taste
Carrots
Celery
Salad Dressing
Mix chicken or turkey, parsley, onion, garlic, salt and pepper well with hands. Roll into balls. Put on a non-stick pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes.
When done, put into a skillet and cook with butter and hot sauce. Cook until well coated.
Serve with carrots, celery and salad dressing for dipping veggies.
